Where We Ship
Stewards currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Times
Pre-Order Items (Genesis Collection): Orders placed during our pre-order window will ship on August 15, 2026. Pre-order items are clearly marked on product pages, and your order confirmation will reflect this ship date.
Standard Orders: Once an item is in regular stock, orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $7.99 (3–5 business days) — free on orders over $75
- Express Shipping: $15.00 (1–2 business days)
Shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Stewards is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has left our facility. If your tracking shows a delay or your package appears lost, please reach out to us and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.
